: All Prices Include GST.

 

: All bookings must be confirmed by payment of 50% to secure Your Charter.​

  The remainer amount to be paid 3 days prior to Leaving dock.

 

: Please Note a Non Confirmed Charter may be booked over by another Group Charter

 

: For Individual customers a 100% booking fee applies

 

: If the confirmed booking is cancelled by the Customer or Agent Less than 2 weeks prior to the   booking date,the deposit will not be refunded but is able to be transfered to another date     Mutually agreed upon.

 

: IF the Charter is cancelled due to adverse weather or failures,another date can be scheduled by   mutual agreement, if there are no suitable dates the deposit will be refunded.

 

: All Children must be actively supervised by their own caregiver at all times.

 

: Customers are expected to take due care of all equipment while onboard  damages and loss     may be charged at the respective replacement cost's.

 

: Any Medical conditions should be notified to the skipper.

 

: Riko Boat Charters are not responsible for any personal Loss or injury incurred by Passengers     while onboard the Vessel.

 

: By Confirming the booking the Customer or Organiser acknowledges all the Terms and Conditions

  shall be comunnicated to All members of the Charter Group of these Terms and Conditions 

 

: Alcohol, is permitted in moderation and is the discretion of the skipper.

Online Vouchers 
 Vouchers Purchased through online outlets must be  valid for the period booked.
All these vouchers have conditions set out clearly &  cannot be traded or ugraded also  have been Priced accordingly.
